came to know HomeSide International when we were looking for
a builder to construct our home. Our requirements were to
find someone with the skills and experience to build an
American Cape Cod style home (a far more technical project
than a contemporary Australian home) and who placed an
emphasis on customer service.
Ritchie Toomey accommodated our many
questions and last minute changes, and kept us informed
every step of the way.
We couldn’t
be happier with how things turned out. Not only did HomeSide
deliver a beautiful home with a high level of
workmanship...we have constantly been impressed by the level
of professionalism and commitment HomeSide brings to it’s
work.
Building in a new estate we have been
privy to many horror stories about other builders and
projects which either don’t
turn out right or go over budget.

abilities, the whole process ran smoothly, successfully and
stress free.
Communication was excellent. Ritchie was
approachable and friendly; keeping us up-to-date and responding
promptly to any queries. Ritchie was very accommodating to our
needs, and always took time to explain things.
The quality of HomeSide’s
work is exceptional and can not be faulted. We often visited the
site and would see the trades people in action. We were amazed
by the multitude of their abilities.
We have not encountered any problems with
our house. Everything is as it should be, if not better.
HomeSide even had our house completed a couple of months before
the contracted date.
